The Carroll County Detention Center will and does accept applications Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Applications can be picked up at the front office between the above days and time. Applications may be taken home to complete and returned to the front office at the Carroll County Detention Center during the time above. The Carroll County Detention Center shall provide twenty four (24) hour awake supervision for all inmates. All applications will undergo a background check. This is a complete investigation of his/hers background that will include but not limited too.
- No Felony convictions
- No Continuous misdemeanor arrest of convictions.
- Medical History - Medical exam may be required.
- Employment History
- No history of drug abuse
- Drug test
- State requirement to be 21 years of age or older
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
